  • If your child is in the JUNIOR SHOW they will need snacks and a packed lunch
  • If your child is in the SENIOR SHOW they will need snacks and dinner
  • Please ensure that all clothes/costumes and water bottles are clearly labelled with your child’s name. Every showcase we have multiple bin bags full of lost property which all end up going to a charity shop, if you label everything we can easily return this to you.
  • We are unable to accept any food bought to the theatre before the show to take backstage.

HAIR & MAKEUP

Stage makeup is permitted for our students aged 8 and above on show day.

Hair must be in slicked back buns, ponytails or French/dutch plaits.

Students must arrive to the theatre with their hair and makeup already done.

Parking at the Eric Morecambe Centre (EMC), Harpenden

Parking for our shows at the Eric Morecambe Centre is usually very straightforward, and there are several convenient options close to the venue.

Harpenden Leisure Centre Car Park

Located on the same site, this car park has lots of spaces, it is pay and display.

Rothamsted Park Car Park (2–3 minutes’ walk)

If the main car park is busy, Rothamsted Park offers a larger overflow option. It’s a short, flat walk to the EMC and usually has plenty of availability.

On‑street parking

There is on‑street parking available on nearby roads such as Rothamsted Avenue and Leyton Road, with free parking after certain times.

Drop‑off point

If you need to drop someone at the door, there is a drop‑off area directly outside the EMC entrance through Rothampstead Park. This is ideal for anyone who would benefit from avoiding a longer walk.
